RETURN POLICY

OMNI Volleyball uses an on-demand printing and fulfillment company that prints and fulfills each individual item as a custom order. As such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless the item received was defective or damaged.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to on-demand printing and fulfillment company's facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
